Czech beer exports are growing stronger
Czech breweries exported 5.16 million hectoliters of beer in 2018, which is an increase of 11 percent, according to the Czech Beer and Maltese Association. Previously, there was no example of what has happened now ie the volume of beer stored in tanks and barrels has exceeded bottled beer – origo wrote, after the Czech state radio’s website.
While Czechs are still world leaders in beer consumption, domestic sales have been stagnating for some time. Last year, the average consumption in the Czech Republic was 140 liters / person, and experts do not expect further growth, according to the V4NA International News Agency.
In contrast, Czech beer exports are gradually expanding as a result of foreign market demand. (MTI)
