The Pálinka Chamber would consult with the government
National Council of Pálinka (Pálinkatanács) initiates consultations with the government, to restore the right over the freedom of Fruit spirit making – said Piros László, vice president of the Pálinka Chamber, to MTI.
Piros László, said, that they do not oppose the lightening of the rules of the Pálinka distillation, because in some points the destillation rules need to be changed. However, hze stressed that in his opinion a regulation is needed, that is competitively competition neutral, that is transparent for all and will create equal terms in the field of Pálinka distillation.
