A unique application based on objective indicators is launched: the HBLF Diverse and Fair Workplace recognition application period has opened
The recognition of the Diverse and Fair Workplace can be earned by those companies operating in this country that in practice contribute to the creation of an inclusive corporate culture and equal opportunities. The goal of HBLF’s initiative is to highlight companies that achieve spectacular results in the field and set an example for business actors.
HBLF announced the Diverse and Fair Workplace recognition for the first time this year. Any domestic or global company operating here can apply for the award; obtaining it can greatly help applicants to further strengthen their employer brand and improve their environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) processes.
“As the exclusive Hungarian representative of the European Diversity Charter, the promotion of a culture supporting equal opportunities is one of the priority areas of HBLF’s activities. The Diverse and Fair Workplace recognition offers an opportunity to share good practices, build companies’ employer brands, and also helps prepare for ESG reports”
– said Andrea Istenesné Solti, President of the HBLF.
