Customised gifts from Rossmann

From the end of November people can design their own labels for Rossmann’s private label products on the drugstore chain’s Facebook page. The Facebook application can be used to edit family photos or written messages for the customised product labels. People can send their designs to Rossmann and the company will manufacture them in 5-6 days, delivering the products with the personalised labels to the drugstore of customers’ choice. Rossmann managing director László Flórián told that this new kind of experience can improve customer loyalty.
