The NAV seized one ton of pig fat
The National Tax and Customs Authority (NAV) seized one ton of pig fat in Hegyeshalom. The consignor and the consignee of the shipment were both Hungarian firms, but the driver told that he transported the meat goods to the premises of an Austrian company.
According to the delivery note the truck carried 975 kilograms of pig fat. The goods were found in two plastic boxes. According to the finance officers the delivery note was not proper, and the origin of pig fat could not be identified. The goods will be destroyed. ([origo] vallalkozoi.negyed.hu)
