Operation of MOM Park’s entire power system from one source since January
From January, E.ON will operate the complex power system at MOM Park. Thanks to the new agreement, the shopping and office center will receive power, heating and cooling from one source, but the energy company will also operate and maintain the building system’s energy system.
As part of E.ON’s so-called integrated energy solution, existing infrastructure will be completely overhauled and, if necessary, redesigned to emphasize sustainability aspects.
The contract between E.ON and the owner of MOM Park, the OTP Real Estate Investment Fund, came into effect on January 1, 2020 for a one-year period.
