The Celebration of Crafts begins in the Castle of Buda on August 17
Just a week later, on August 17, the Celebration of Crafts begins in the Castle of Buda, where, besides the performances and works of the folk craftsmen, an international meeting of blacksmiths will take place until August 20.
Embroidery is a top theme and Mongolia is a guest of honor of this year’s Celebration of Crafts, but the event also hosts craftsmen from many other countries. A large scale national exhibition will celebrate the 500th anniversary of the Reformation as well. (MTI)
