According to a survey, Hungarian workers expect lasting changes in employment
Hungarian workers consider job security to be increasingly important, for which they are also willing to sacrifice, but the majority prioritize maintaining wage levels – according to the research of Randstad Workmonitor carried out in 34 countries, including Hungary.
While globally 36 percent of respondents and in the region 39 percent stated that job security initiatives and guarantees are important to them, in Hungary 50 percent of workers expressed a need to do so. (MTI)
