Milk fat grew by more than a quarter in a year

Industry analysts have warned for this trend for months, but they did not even expect such a change. The fat value of milk grew by be 27 percent, while its protein value decreased by 28 percent in May, compared to a year ago – agrarszektor.hu quotes the milk market report of AKI.
