According to AKI PÁIR data, the national average producer price of raw milk in Hungary was HUF 171.05/kilogram in July 2022.

In addition to the deterioration of the protein content by 0.04 percentage points and the fat content by 0.03 percentage points, as well as an 8 percent increase in the base price, the average price of raw milk increased by 7 percent in July 2022 compared to June 2022, and exceeded the average price of the same month of the previous year by 57 percent.

Raw milk went through an incredible increase in price

The export price of raw milk was HUF 198.29/kilogram in July 2022, an increase of 8 percent compared to the previous month and 72 percent compared to the same month of the previous year. The export price exceeded the average producer price by 16 percent. According to the data of AKI PÁIR, the delivery of raw milk decreased by 30 percent in July 2022 compared to the same month of the previous year.
