The price of agri-products increased with a quarter in one year
The agricultural producer prices were 24.7 percent higher in September, than a year earlier. The price level of plant products increased by 40.4, live animals and animal products by 4.3 percent – reports the Central Statistical Office (KSH).
The price increase significantly accelerated, compared to the previous month, when agricultural prices increased by 20.1 percent.
In January-September 2010, the level of agricultural producer prices were 10.5 percent higher, than in the same period the previous year. The prices of crop products increased by 18.4 percent. The price of live animals and animal products decreased by 0.7 percent.
