The price of potatoes and vegetables increased a lot over one year

The level of agricultural output decreased by almost imperceptibly in June 2010, over the same period of the previous year – reported the Central Statistical Office (KSH).

The price level of plant products remained unchanged, the price level of live animals and animal products fell by 1.5 percent. In January-June 2010, the level of agricultural output, remained virtually unchanged, compared to the previous year. It was due to the 2 percent level  increase of the plant products and the 2.6 price level decrease of live animals and animal products.
