In one year, ORLEN became a dominant player in the domestic fuel retail market
ORLEN appeared in Hungary a year ago, and spectacularly quickly became one of the country’s leading gas station networks. The company strengthened its position on the Hungarian market, so it is preparing for further growth and development in its second year.
In the twelve months following its entry into the domestic market, the largest multi-energy company in Central and Eastern Europe introduced numerous innovations tailored to the needs of customers, and these developments will continue in the future. More and more people are choosing the company’s filling stations thanks to its quality fuel range, the delicious coffees of the Stop.Cafe restaurants, the DESPAR grocery stores, and the individually available discounts of the ORLEN mobile application, and its popularity is further increased by the exciting prize games and sports sponsorship activities.
The network appeared on the Hungarian market on December 1, 2022, and now operates 78 filling stations, and will take over another 64 wells by mid-2024. ORLEN, which will take over a total of 142 stations by the middle of 2024, has become one of the four leading players in the market, and its emblem of a white eagle on a red background has become increasingly well known among car drivers.
