Agricultural prices increased by 17 percent in one year
The agricultural producer price level in September was 16.9 percent higher than a year ago, the producer price of plant products increased by 19.2, live animals and animal products by 12.7 percent – said the Central Statistical Office (KSH) on Monday.
According to the Central Statistical Office (KSH), between January and September 2011, the price level of agricultural products increased by 28.5 percent, compared to the same period of the last year, while price increase was 37.1 percent at herbal products and 14.1 percent at live animals and animal products – reports MTI.
