Szentkirályi and Kékkúti merge into one company
The legal merger process began on 19 May. As a result, the two leading players of the Hungarian mineral water market, the Szentkirályi Ásványvíz Kft. és a Kékkúti Ásványvíz Zrt. merge into one company.
The common ownership of the two companies lasts since 2015 with the founding of the Central European Mineral Water Holding. From 1 november 2016, the company operates under the Szentkirályi-Kékkúti Ásványvíz Kft. name.
