Frozen vegetables are better
According to a new research; one can save more money and even live healthier, during the winter months, if eating frozen vegetables rather than choose from the frozen import goods.
A research investigating the children's nutritional needs, came to the conclusion that, frozen products, can be more healthier, than fresh meals. The researchers of the Sheffield Hallam University, claim that the quality of fresh food deteriorates and loses valuable nutrients during the transportation, between the shelves and schools canteens. In contrast, frozen materials essentially maintain the production quality during transport – reports penzcentrum.hu.
