Tourism avoided job losses

Thanks to the increase of the labor demand during the summer season, tourism industry avoided the large number of redundancies – states the assessment of turizmusjob.hu.

Tourism is a special area of human resources in the national economy. It is a very labor-intensive sector, where there is shifts in employment, and strong seasonal fluctuation. The number of employees of enterprises in the sector generally is less than 100. Thanks to this, as well as the summer season with its increased labor demand, the sector avoided the redundancies so far – compared to other sectors of the economy.
