390 thousand tonnes of grapes have been harvested by farmers
According to Tarpataki Tamás, Deputy Minister of State of the Ministry of Agriculture; until now, 390 thousand tonnes of grapes have been harvested with a111.6 per hectare yields per hectare, accounting for 144 percent of the 2017 national average yield.
He also indicated that, until 6 November, the farmers requested for a vineyard certificate of about 35,000 hectares, which affects about 53 percent of the country’s vineyards. (MTI)
