Waberer’s is building its new logistics center in Ecser
Waberer’s International is building a 47,000-square-meter logistics center in Ecer to serve its expanding clientele. The investment is worth HUF 18 billion, which the company is financing from its own resources and investment support, the forwarding and logistics service company announced on Monday.
According to their information, the investment on the 135,000 square meter plot is being built by Bayer Construct Építőipari Zrt. and is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2024.
Waberer’s, which is listed in the premium category of the Budapest Stock Exchange, is implementing the development from the 111 million euro bond issued last year, as well as a smaller part from the investment support received from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
The logistics center under construction is located in a strategic location, next to the M0 ring road, close to the airport. Waberer’s also offers special services in the new center, including handling dangerous goods and automated service for e-commerce partners, they explained.
