ECR, with responsible thinking

Transparency, trust, efficiency, a better yet cheaper service are the key topics of the 20 year-old ECR conference, which had been organized by EuroCommerce on 14th and 15th May 2013.

The ECR ,member-company's representatives, the directors of Unilever and Carrefour  have empasized that this indeed is the time for real, long-term co-operation. We also learned the fact that the FMCG-industry is the greatest employer of Europe, thus fresh university graduates should be able to choose from a wide selection of high-quality entry level jobs.

“Since the day ECR Europe was founded, nearly 20 years ago, “working together to fulfil consumer wishes” has been our guiding aim and principle. Collaboration – in areas where we do not compete – underpins everything we do” – EuroCommerce President Dame Lucy Neville-Rolfe pointed out.
