EU slap to the Hungarian VAT Act
The European Court of Justice told on Thursday in its judgment, that the Hungarian VAT act, regulating the conditions of the tax exemption of the export sales is contrary to Community Directive – the MAZARS called attention.
The European Court of Justice in its C-563/12 judgment released on Thursday told that it is contrary to the Community Directive, that tax exemption is withdrawn, because the delivered items do not leave the country within time limits.
