E-money in the cash register
More than a thousand, NAV-approved cash registers can now be used to accept payment in e-money. Barion’s e-payment solution is featured in 1,200 large and 100 small cash registers manufactured by MolSoft. Soon paying in e-money will be possible in tobacco shops, Coop, CBA and Háda stores. SenseNet’s programmers integrated the new payment solution into the PC-based MolSoft cash registers in just one day. Retailers need to sign no new contract if they wish to introduce e-money payment. All they have to do is update the software and register. Paying with e-money is comfortable for shoppers and it is cheap for both customers and shop owners: there is no annual card fee and e-money transactions are free for retailers.
