E -commerce: multi-channel is the keyword ?
The Association for Electronic Trade Public Association ( SzEK.org ) organized its e -commerce conference, for the seventh time last week. The theme of the conference this time was the transformation of the e-commerce market.
Many local dealers are selling their goods in traditional stores and via web shops both, they already use a variety of communication channels (website, newsletter, social media, texting, bonus / coupon sites, videos, billboards, TV), and in addition to PC, they are developing on mobile and tablet applications as well to entice the existing customer base to purchase over and over again, and of course to continually attract new customers into their stores.
