Durex manufacturer bought a baby food production company
The British Reckitt Benckiser on Friday agreed to acquire the US baby food manufacturer Mead Johnson for 16.6 billion USD – portfolio.hu wrote.
According to the announcement, Reckitt the manufacturer of the Durex condoms pay 90 USD in cash for each Mead Johnson-shares, nearly 30 percent more than where the baby food manufacturer’s price closed last Wednesday, one day before that Reckitt announced that the company is in negotiations over the purchase of Mead Johnson.
