Dramatic deterioration in payment morale
According to data from Coface, a dramatic deterioration took place in payment morale in the first four months of 2008. The number of non-payments increased by 45 per cent compared to the same period in 2007. However, the present crisis is not expected to become as grave as the 2001-2002 crisis had been.
