We had to pay more for food products
In February 2011 the average consumer price increased by 0.4 percent from the previous month; compared with February 2010 it was up 4.1 percent. Food prices increased the most from the previous month, by 1.2 percent. KSH’s latest analysis reveals that the price of sugar augmented by 15.7 percent, flour cost 9.3 percent more and seasonal products became 4.7 percent more expensive.
