The Corvinus University will train pálinka masters
The training of the pálinka masters will soon begin in Hungary on a university level: The training of the Food Science, Faculty of the Corvinus University of Budapest (CUB), awaits the students for the pálinka master, pálinka engineer and consultant courses from autumn 2012.
A kind of self-purification has started in the pálinka industry in the recent years. The pursuit for higher quality can be observed. The pálinka act was also born in this spirit in 2008 – told Kasza Gyula, Professor responsible for the Pálinka course of Corvinus to MTI.
