Watermelon Day in Ópusztaszer

Those who visit the National Historical Memorial Park of Ópusztaszer on Saturday can become acquainted with the traditional methods and tools of melon cultivation.

At the yard of the open-air museum the visitors can find out how many ways does the yellow and watermelon appear in the traditional Hungarian folk culture – said Törőcsik István, the fellow worker of the park.
