Melon Day is organized in Ópusztaszer
Melon Day is held on Saturday in the Ópusztaszer National Historical Memorial Park, where guests can taste the fruit and find out who can estimate the weight of a larger crop the best.
The institution’s marketing manager, Kodácz Csengele, told MTI that on Saturday that four tons of Hungarian-grown watermelon and one ton of melon will arrive to the memorial park from the Southern Great Plain. (MTI)
