A dynamic start to the year at Kálvin Square
The tenant interest in the Kálvin Square office building, managed by ConvergenCE, remains outstanding: the building’s occupancy rate is stable at over 90%. Following the transactions announced last September, new long-term agreements at the end of the year and in early 2026 will strengthen the position of the iconic office building on Kálvin Square by approximately 800 square meters.
On the ground floor, the California Coffee Company, one of the most popular meeting places on Kálvin Square among university students and freelancers, has extended its lease. The iconic café will remain in the building for the long term, further strengthening the vibrant, urban character of Kálvin Square.
On the first floor, an internationally influential Asian airline has chosen a new office in Budapest. The company will move into the area overlooking Kálvin Square in early 2026.
The demand for premium areas continues on the upper floors: Hypo-Bank Burgenland will occupy its new office on the eighth floor, overlooking the museum, in April 2026, while on the ninth floor, CAM Magyar Kft., a Dutch-owned company operating in the media and rights management sector, will be the new tenant from February 2026.
The company has chosen an exceptionally well-equipped office, which also has a nearly 100 square meter terrace with a panoramic view of Gellért Hill.

Kálvin Square’s downtown location, excellent public transport connections and distinctive, easily identifiable environment continue to make the building an attractive choice for both international companies and tenants who prefer an urban lifestyle. Exclusive office spaces have become available in the building from the beginning of 2026, with rentable sizes ranging from 300 to 900 m².
