DS Smith’s sustainable industrial packaging won an award at the global WorldStar Awards
DS Smith, a leading supplier of sustainable packaging solutions among the world’s best. The company won an award in the transit category at the WorldStar Awards organized by the World Packaging Association for its industrial packaging.

To this end, it provides innovative, sustainable packaging solutions to its partners, offering an effective alternative to replacing problematic plastics. During the product development of its ship navigation system, Raymarine was looking for a more environmentally friendly solution to replace the previous foam-based packaging material. In the case of such sensitive goods, it is critical to design packaging that provides adequate protection, and since the manufacturer transports its products to different parts of the world, it is essential that it stands up to various climatic conditions and is resistant even in the case of road, air and water transport. .
