Norma Launches New Digital Discount App
German discount retailer Norma is expanding its digital offering with the launch of its new Norma Plus app, that went live on June 2. The app allows customers to access exclusive digital discount coupons directly on their smartphones.
The updated application is now available for download in all major app stores, Lebensmittelpraxis reported. Existing users of the previous Norma app can access the new features through an update, and once a customer account is created, the digital coupons are activated.
With this move, Norma aims to bridge the gap between online and offline shopping, offering users not only exclusive promotions but also consistently low prices. The first wave of discounts was announced in Norma’s printed flyers starting May 26, and the coupons can be redeemed via the app from launch day. Some offers include discounts of up to 50%.
The launch of Norma Plus is part of the company’s broader digital strategy. Following the 2023 redesign of its online shop Norma24, the new app marks the next step in strengthening digital customer engagement.
