Reversal instead of filling the digital gap
Digiméter has measured the digitalisation level of Hungarian small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

The main index score was 40 on a scale of 100 – the score was also 40 in 2020 and 2021 and 41 in 2022 – indicating that there is still no sign of any significant change in the overall degree of digitalisation. Digimeter’s research director Róbert Pintér, an associate professor at Corvinus University told: the unfolding crisis hasn’t boosted efficiency-enhancing digitalisation, instead of this companies have returned to tried and tested, typically non-digital solutions. //
