A digital assistant from Facebook

At the end of summer Facebook started testing its digital assistant. This artificial intelligence tool, simply called M, is a virtual assistant who can book a table in a restaurant and perform other similar tasks. More complex problems are solved by human assistants. Each phase of problem solving is recorded and converted into data that can be used by machine intelligence.
