Demján would sell its award winner mall
Bonarka City Center of Krakow, won the 2009 Best Commercial Development Award in the Gala of CEE Quality Awards. The mall is a TriGranit development, which is a majority Hungarian-owned company.
According to the latest market sources; the company would like to sell the mall.
TriGranit would sell its award winner mall the Bonarka City Center in Krakow – states PropertyEU, based on market sources. According to PropertyEU the Hungarian developer would not sell the entire mall. According to the information; about 200 million euros would be requested by the developer, for a part of the mall – reports tozsdeforum.hu.
