Deloitte: it will be difficult to introduce the reverse VAT in the agricultural sector until January
If we take the Romanian example as a base, it is difficult to imagine that by January Hungary can introduce the reverse VAT in the agricultural sector. In the case of Romania, the EU requested authorization process took nearly a year.
In order to introduce the reverse VAT in the agricultural sector, among agricultural products Hungary should initiate derogation procedures under which the European Union may grant a extension of the special tax payment methods – szabadfold.hu.
