Deloitte: the Slovak living standards may exceed the Czech by 2020
According to he analysis of the Deloitte audit and financial advisory agency, the Slovak living standards will exceed the Czech living standards by 2020 – the Pravda of Bratislava reported on Wednesday.
David Marek, economist of the Deloitte audit and financial advisory agency told that the Czech economy in the next four years will expand with an annual average of 1.7 percent, while the annual rate of the Slovak GDP growth will be 3 percent.
Deloitte’s economist concludes that in the Czech Republic in 2020 the GDP will be 86 percent of the EU average, while 90 percent in Slovakia. (Starovic Tibor, MTI)
