DélKerTÉSZ: record quantities of Hungarian vegetables in supermarkets
DélKerTÉSZ sold a record volume of Hungarian vegetables to domestic supermarket chains in the first eight months of 2024, and another milestone has also been reached: the Szentes-based producers are opening their own physical and online stores.

Chain store sales increased by 11.6%, which compensated for lower producer prices. From the more than 35,000 tonnes of vegetables sold this year, 50% were peppers and 46% were tomatoes, with total sales value approaching HUF 14bn. //
