Czerván György: excellent yields of crops harvested in the fall

Despite the heat wave and the drought in July and August, according to the latest datas, the yields of crops harvested in the fall are quite excellent – Czerván György, Minister of State for the Ministry of Rural Development (VM) told on Tuesday in Szolnok.

Czerván György added that to reach these excellent yields, in addition to the spring rains remained in the soil, the modern seeds, technologies also played a big role by reducing the farmers’ vulnerability to the environment’s elements. (MTI)
