Only 14 percent of CEOs are averse to the higher-tax cafeteria elements
Although for next year, it will be more expensive for the employers to provide fringe benefits to their workers, according to a survey, only 14 percent are averse to the higher-tax cafeteria elements – the OTP Voluntary Pension Fund told on Wednesday.
The communication describes that according to the current plans, the taxation on pension savings, health, healthcare fringe benefits. Instead of the previous, preferential tax of 34.51 percent, from next year the employers can provide fringe benefits to their workers with a 49.56 percent burden. (MTI)
