Bankruptcy wave before peak
According to the latest analysis of Coface Hungary; the insolvency ratio of the firms increased by 36 percent in the first nine months of this year, compared to the same period of 2008.
The number of winding-up proceedings increased by 34 percent, while the number of the winding up accounts increased by 37 percent.
The most endangered among the Hungarian economic sectors are continue to be all forms of wholesale and retail trade. Especially food and textile companies are in big trouble, as well as the construction industry, but steel trade and tourism industries also have entered among the problematic sectors.
