Henkel’s superb 2nd quarter
In the 2nd quarter of 2017 Henkel came up with a record performance: sales amounted to EUR 5,098 million and like-for-like nominal growth was 9.6 percent. Organic sales growth was 2.2 percent. To this Adhesive Technologies contributed with a 3.4-percent organic sales growth. The Beauty Care business area remained stable and Laundry & Home Care’s organic sales growth was 2.1 percent. Adjusted operating profit (EBIT) rose by 11 percent to EUR 909 million. //
