It is possible that the new owner of the company don't need so many employees.

 According to the liquidator Vectigalis,
the company Papai Hus meets with the factory board and the trade
union, after that sends a letter to the employees. It dosn't mean
that they must be axed now, but it is a preparation to the ownership
change.
