Biedronka reduces the sugar, salt and fat content of private label products
Poland’s Biedronka has removed around 28 tonnes of sugar, 21 tonnes of salt and more than 39 tonnes of fat from its private label products in 2023, as part of a recipe reformulation initiative to optimise the composition of its private label products in line with modern nutritional requirements.
