The WTO has lowered its global trade and economic growth forecast
It has lowered its forecasts for global economic turnover and global gross domestic product growth, compared to its previous October forecast in a World Trade Organization (WTO) report released on Tuesday.
The volume of world trade in goods is expected to grow by 3.0 percent in 2022 from 4.7 percent previously expected and by 3.4 percent in 2023, but these figures may change due to uncertainty about the course of the conflict in Ukraine. (MTI)
