The Secretary explained: due to the reduction the sugar beet growers will receive 5.65 euros about 2,800 HUF per tonne instead of the former 9.49 euros about 1,600 to 1,700 HUF per tonne this year. The reduction was due to the retention of the budget balance – reports MTI.
