Hershey wants to reduce lead and cadmium levels in chocolate
Chocolate maker Hershey is planning to reduce “trace amounts” of lead and cadmium in its products, after tests by non-profit consumer group Consumer Reports detected potentially harmful levels of the heavy metals for people who eat more than about 28g of the chocolate a day.
