Consumer prices have fallen on an annual basis in the euro area
In October, consumer prices in the euro area fell by 0.3 percent year-on-year, after declining by 0.3 percent year-on-year in September. The annual price declines in September and October are the largest since April 2016.
In October, for the third month in a row, consumer prices fell on an annual basis in the euro area. In August, the annual price decline was 0.2 percent. (MTI)
