Euro zone’s and EU producer price index declined in June
Producer prices declined in the euro zone and in the European Union in June – Eurostat announced on Thursday.
In June, in the 17-member euro zone producer prices dereased by 0.5 percent, in the 27-member European Union producer prices dcereased by 0.8 percent, compared to the previous month. In May, the monthly decrease was 0.5 percent in the euro zone and 0.7 percent in the EU.
Compared to last June producer prices increased by 8 percent in the euro zone and 1.6 percent in the EU. (MTI)
