Euro zone’s retail sales decreases
A decrease occured in the euro zone’s retail sales in February, compared to the previous month, but it remained stable in the European Union.
The EU's statistical office (Eurostat) announced on Wednesday that, according to seasonally adjusted data, the volume of retail sales in the 19-member euro zone fell by 0.2 percent in February, compared to the previous month, after the 0.9 percent increase in January.
The volume of retail sales remained unchanged in the 28-member European Union after the 0.7 percent growth in January. (MTI)
